Bar Miramar sits up the north end of Sayulita beach past the Casablanca hotel, away from the part of town that has been discovered twice over. Regulars call it the purest toes in the sand bar in Sayulita and then, in the same breath, tell you not to eat there. Take the advice. Come for a cold beer or a margarita, a chair pointed at the water and a stretch of beach with a fraction of the traffic of the main bay. Eat somewhere else afterwards. There is something reassuring about a bar whose own fans are that honest about its limitations.
