Bonaire is a diver’s island first and a beach bar island second, but Club Tropicana makes a compelling case for rearranging those priorities. Set at Delfins Beach Resort and sharing a kitchen with Brass Boer (the Caribbean outpost of De Librije, which has held three Michelin stars in the Netherlands since 2004), this is easily the most serious food operation on any beach bar patio in the southern Caribbean.
