The name translates as song of the sea, which is doing a lot of work for a beachside bar and restaurant on Los Muertos, but the setting earns it. Umbrellas, sand, a full bar and a kitchen turning out seafood to people who have no intention of moving for several hours. The pina colada is the house order and gets better in summer, when the afternoon rain comes through and everyone crowds under the palapa to wait it out rather than leaving. Quieter than the beach clubs on either side and easier to get into, which makes it a reasonable fallback when Los Muertos is at full tilt and every lounger already has a towel on it.
