Marina del Rey is one of the largest man-made small-craft harbors in the world, and Whiskey Red’s sits on it with what may be the most generous outdoor patio in the marina. The 180-degree harbor views are the headline, with boats drifting past while you work through the beer-battered fish and chips or the coconut mahi nuggets, but the cocktail program and a happy hour running Wednesday through Sunday from 3 to 6pm keep the place packed well past the sunset crowd.
