The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Tortuga’s Lie yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
