The Green Room is at the end of a long dirt road north of Todos Santos, at Villa Santa Cruz on the La Pastora stretch, and the drive is the filter that keeps it quiet. Tables sit close enough to the water that the waves are the loudest thing at dinner. The menu runs seafood forward, with tuna tostadas and grilled octopus doing most of the heavy lifting, and a mezcal margarita is the correct thing to be holding when the light goes gold. Baja’s Pacific side is built for sunsets rather than swimming, the current here being what it is, so plan on watching rather than wading.
