Brazilian-inspired beachfront restaurant and lounge on Playa Santa Teresa, legendary for its famous full moon parties with bonfires and fire dancers, Deep Tuesdays with electronic music by the beach, and the kind of magical tropical nightlife that defines Santa Teresa’s reputation as the Saint-Tropez of Costa Rica. Great food, sundowner cocktails, and an after-dark energy that is uniquely its own.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Ranchos Itauna yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
