The name alone earns a visit, but Molly Goodhead’s backs it up with one of the best waterfront setups on the Tarpon Springs side of the Gulf. Sitting on the Anclote River with views of the water and the surrounding nature, this is the kind of bar that feels like it was designed by someone who actually understood what a Florida waterfront experience should be, open-air, casually excellent, and built around fresh Gulf seafood rather than a marketing concept. Live music runs regularly, the oysters are solid, and the raw bar selection is legit. The grouper sandwich is a perennial favorite. The crowd skews local, which is generally a reliable indicator that somewhere has gotten it right. A strong supporting cast to Tarpon Springs’ already impressive waterfront scene.
