Sixteen boat slips, a genuine patch of sand, and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse sitting directly across the water: U-Tiki has the kind of address that does most of the work before the kitchen even starts. It is open-air at the Jupiter Inlet Marina, bamboo and thatch overhead, with inlet traffic running past close enough to read the boat names. The menu leans Caribbean and coastal, sushi and wings alongside the fish, which is more range than a place with this view strictly needs. The happy hour is the move: Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 6, half off house wine and liquor, two dollars off premium, a dollar off beer. Arrive by boat if you have one. Arrive early if you do not, because everybody in Jupiter already knows about the lighthouse.
