A refined, quality-forward beach bar and restaurant on Cockleshell Bay at the southern tip of St. Kitts, Spice Mill combines fresh Caribbean cuisine and a serious cocktail program with a setting where the view across the Narrows to Nevis is one of the most beautiful in the entire Eastern Caribbean. Cold cocktails, outstanding food, and that view.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Spice Mill Restaurant & Beach Bar yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
