Nat Richardson’s Palm Grove is the only building on Junk’s Hole, at the end of a mile and a half of dirt and coral road on Anguilla’s eastern end. There is no electricity out there, which is why everything comes off a grill. Nat boils his crayfish first to seal in the juices, then spices and grills them, and the Johnny cakes have a reputation that travels further than the bar does. The rum punch is strong enough that regulars issue warnings about it. Open daily for lunch, closed Mondays. Calling ahead is how you guarantee crayfish.
