The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Pacific Coast Grill Cardiff yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
