The philosophy is uncompromising: only fresh fish, selected daily, never frozen — prepared grilled, blackened, or broiled with house sauces like Lemon Caper Butter, Garlic Herb Butter, or Spicy Thai Chili Glaze. The sushi bar adds another dimension, with creative rolls and a jalapeno yellowtail that earns repeat visits on its own. Now at a stunning new location in the Cobblestone Plaza off 312, the atmosphere is coastal and polished without losing the warmth that made the original marina spot a local institution.
