On Oyster Creek at 254 Vilano Road, Hurricane Patty’s is one of St. Augustine’s most beloved waterfront bars, and the setting makes it easy to see why. Wildlife drifts past on the water, the island-vibes décor keeps the mood right, and the $5 happy hour Monday through Friday from 3–5 PM keeps the locals loyal. The menu swings from key lime salmon and coconut shrimp to wings and teriyaki chicken, with live music on weekends to seal the deal. It’s the kind of place that rewards the drive out to Vilano: a warm, unpretentious waterfront haunt that feels more like a local discovery than a tourist destination.
