Float delivers the essentials with the warm Gulf breeze and the easy, sun-soaked resort atmosphere that makes a Galveston beach vacation feel like exactly what it should: cold drinks in hand, the Gulf of Mexico nearby, and no particular reason to hurry anywhere.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Float Pool Bar yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
