Blink and you’ll miss Esther’s – literally no bigger than a closet, tucked into a row of drink kiosks inside the open-air Grand Anse Craft and Spice Market. Look for stall number six. What it lacks in square footage it makes up for with a devoted, mostly local following and a slot on USA Today’s 2025 Ten Best Caribbean Beach Bars list. The tiny, family-run team remembers your order, the cocktails are meticulously made (expect to wait, and expect it to be worth it), and live music from elsewhere in the market usually drifts over by late afternoon. Come around 4pm as the vibe starts building. Minimalist doesn’t begin to cover it, but somehow it works completely.
