We haven't made it to this bar yet, but here is what we know

A swim-up bar named after a cocktail. That’s the whole pitch, and it works spectacularly. Tucked at the water’s edge of the adults-only infinity pool at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, Dr. Mai Tai’s is where you go when regular sitting feels like too much effort. The infinity pool itself is one of the more dramatic spots on the island, pointing west over the Pacific so every afternoon is a front-row sunset situation. The namesake mai tais, rum-forward, properly built, are served poolside to guests stretched out on Gray Malin-designed cabana loungers. The Four Seasons Ko Olina opened in its current form after a 00 million renovation completed in 2016, and the resort’s five dining and drinking venues have made it the gold standard on Oahu’s leeward coast. Dr. Mai Tai’s isn’t technically on the beach, but with that view and those drinks, nobody’s filing a complaint.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet
The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Dr. Mai Tai’s yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
