The full name is Dirty Sanchez Crew Bar, and the second half matters more than the first. This is where the yacht and ship crews drink, which on an island running entirely on marine traffic makes it a different animal from the places twenty feet either side of it. The sandwich board out front advertises mojitos and margaritas and promises they will make you see double and feel single, which covers the tone fairly well. Ten to six, seven days, chairs out front on the sand, no website beyond a Facebook page and no apparent interest in one. Bartenders who have heard all of it. Come at sunset, order the mojito, and listen to people who work on the water talk about the people who visit it.
