A warm, tropical-themed bar and restaurant at the Breakers Hotel in Montauk delivering cold tropical cocktails, fresh local seafood, and the relaxed, laid-back beach resort energy of the East End’s most remote and most distinctively character-filled beach community. The bamboo aesthetic, the cold cocktails, and the Montauk end-of-Long-Island character surrounding it create a bar experience that feels genuinely different from the Hamptons’ more polished establishments.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Bamboo at Breakers Montauk yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
