Open since 1996 in the heart of Port Aransas overlooking the serene harbor waters: full bar, specialty drinks, big-screen TVs, and a relaxed patio vibe that makes it one of the island’s most dependable hangouts. Great spot to decompress after a day on the Gulf with a cold Lone Star and the boats drifting by.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Trout Street Bar & Grill yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
