A Gulf Shores beach bar and entertainment complex directly on the white sand of one of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches, the Hangout delivers cold cocktails, fresh Gulf seafood, live music, and the warm, family-friendly beach party energy that has made it one of the most visited and most celebrated beach bar destinations on the Alabama Gulf Coast. The annual Hangout Music Festival draws national acts to this Gulf Shores beach bar complex each spring; the cold Bushwackers and the sugar-white sand deliver the rest of the year.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to The Hangout yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
