On the Lake Erie shore at Geneva-on-the-Lake (Ohio’s oldest summer resort, drawing visitors to its lakefront strip since the 1870s), the Sunset Grille delivers cold drinks and the extraordinary Lake Erie sunset views that have been drawing Ohioans to this northeast corner of the state for over 150 years. The Geneva-on-the-Lake strip combines nostalgia, fresh lake air, and the particular summertime energy of one of the Midwest’s longest-running lakefront resort communities.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Sunset Grille at Geneva-on-the-Lake yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
