On Skull Creek at the northern end of Hilton Head Island, the Skull Creek Boathouse is one of the island’s most beloved waterfront restaurants and bars: a spectacular multi-level waterfront complex with panoramic views of Skull Creek, Port Royal Sound, and the Intracoastal Waterway, fresh Low Country seafood, cold cocktails, and live music that draws boaters, visitors, and island residents to one of the most beautiful and most active waterfront settings on the South Carolina coast.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Skull Creek Boathouse yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
