Before Nha Trang had a beach party scene, it had Sailing Club, and pretty much everything that followed owes something to this place. Opened more than 25 years ago right on Tran Phu, Sailing Club built Vietnam’s original beachfront nightlife operation from scratch: four separate bars under one roof, opening nightly at 8:30pm, with international DJ sets that still headline the city’s calendar. Saturdays are the main event. A full stage and dance floor get built out on the sand itself, and the whole beachfront turns into one continuous party stretching from the bar to the surf line. The food menu holds its own too, a real mix of international plates that outlasts most beach-bar kitchens by a decade. Nha Trang’s coastline has gotten a lot louder since Sailing Club opened. It’s still the loudest for the right reasons.
