A Portland, Maine institution and one of the city’s most beloved and most enduring neighborhood dive bars, Ruski’s Tavern on Regis Street in the West End has been serving cheap cold beer, no-frills bar food, and the warm community energy of Portland’s most authentic neighborhood bar since 1979.
