What started as a shack on the river in the late 1970s is now one of New Smyrna Beach’s most beloved institutions. JB’s Fish Camp sits on Mosquito Lagoon with a vintage bar, church-pew booths, and a tiki bar out back where the beer stays cold and the manatees occasionally cruise by. Rent a kayak, hook a redfish, or just settle in for live music every weekend. Southern seafood with an attitude, served up in a spot that’s never lost its old-Florida soul.
