Named for the great man himself, Hemingway’s on the Beach at The Sands Resort on Grace Bay Beach delivers cold cocktails, fresh Caribbean cuisine, and the relaxed, literary-tinged beach bar atmosphere that the name invites. Cold daiquiris on Grace Bay (the best beach in the world according to multiple annual rankings) with the turquoise Caicos Bank stretching to the horizon is hard to improve upon.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Hemingway’s on the Beach yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
