A Delaware-Maryland border landmark on the Assawoman Bay in Fenwick Island, Harpoon Hanna’s has been one of the most beloved and most consistently excellent waterfront seafood restaurants and bars on the Delmarva Peninsula for decades: fresh steamed crabs, Maryland-style seafood, cold cocktails, and the extraordinary Assawoman Bay sunset views that make the border between Delaware and Maryland one of the most beautiful and most underappreciated waterfront settings on the entire East Coast.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Harpoon Hanna’s yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
