The birthplace of Shipyard Brewing Company in Kennebunk, Federal Jack’s is where one of New England’s most beloved craft beer brands was born: a riverfront brewpub on the Kennebunk River where fresh-brewed Shipyard ales pour alongside fresh Maine seafood and the warm, community-anchored character of a craft brewery that genuinely belongs to its town. The Export Ale and Pumpkinhead are the icons; the river views are the bonus; and the history of American craft beer flows through every pint.

We Haven’t Been Here Yet

The Beach Bar Bum hasn’t made it to Federal Jack’s Restaurant and Brew Pub yet. Budget cuts, tragic. But there’s water, drinks, and zero shoe policy, so it’s on the list. We just need a brave soul to confirm it’s real, preferably with a cold drink in hand.
