Aloha Beach Bar sits right on the sand in Orient Bay, run by two St. Martin natives who grew up in the island’s hospitality business — Shana’s family owns La Belle Époque and Bali Bar, Achille’s family runs Ô Plongeoir. That pedigree shows up on the plate: French-Caribbean fusion from a chef who trained in France, think mahi-mahi ceviche with coconut and passion fruit, stuffed crab claws, and a surf-and-turf special that pairs beef tenderloin with half a lobster. Full beach service means food and cocktails delivered straight to your lounger, with a curated French wine list backing up the drink menu. Sundays turn into a proper beach party, DJ spinning 80s-through-2000s hits from five to ten while the sun goes down over Orient Bay. Reasonable prices for a full day on one of St. Martin’s best stretches of sand.
July 2026 update!
Nothing beats an outside opinion. @The Seasoned Traveler (Instagram) stopped by Aloha Beach Bar in Orient Bay and called it a new favourite spot — ice cold Carib, toes in the sand, view for days. We just added Aloha to the directory, and this is exactly the kind of endorsement that makes it official. Go give his post some love. 🍺
